Enquiry and feedback forms

When you submit a form, your entries pass through our website host and Microsoft 365 to our company mailbox. We do not use a separate form delivery provider or save form entries to a website database. Microsoft accepts messages for delivery before the confirmation appears; this does not guarantee arrival in the inbox. If sending fails, your entries stay on screen and you can copy them into an email to us.

Form text may remain in your browser until you clear it or leave the page. Take care on shared devices. Form messages pass through our website host and Microsoft 365. Messages you send from your own email app also pass through your email provider. Ordinary email may be unsuitable for sensitive documents. Please do not include NDIS numbers, detailed health records, identity documents or screening documents in an initial enquiry.

Information received by the company

Information you send is used to handle enquiries, assess support or employment suitability, respond to feedback and maintain necessary records. Our policies require minimum necessary collection, authorised access, secure handling and lawful disclosure. Relevant information may be disclosed with consent or where law permits or requires it. Ask us for the current full privacy policy, how your records are handled and available access or correction processes.

Website hosting and email services may process technical connection information such as IP addresses and device information. We use short-lived technical checks to limit spam. This website does not add marketing trackers or analytics scripts.

Accessible communication

The website uses labelled forms, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, alternative text and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. You can zoom using your browser. If any information is difficult to use, call or email us and request a different format, interpreter or communication support. We have not claimed formal accessibility certification.
