Your voice
matters here.

Tell us what is working, what could improve or what has gone wrong. You can raise a concern without being disadvantaged for speaking up.

We are here
to listen.

Participants, families, representatives, advocates, workers and community members can provide feedback. You can ask someone you trust to help you or speak on your behalf.

Ways to contact us

Call 0422 771 343
Email info@harrisabilityservices.com.au
Write to: Director / Complaints Officer, Harris Ability Services Pty Ltd, 18 Birgitte Crescent, Cecil Hills NSW 2171.

You may make a complaint anonymously by letter or by contacting us without giving your name. Email reveals your sending address, even if you leave your name blank. Anonymous feedback may limit our ability to ask questions or give you an outcome.

What happens next

  1. We address immediate safety concerns first.
  2. We normally acknowledge complaints within two business days.
  3. We assess and investigate fairly, agree how to communicate and explain the outcome and review options.
  4. We aim to resolve routine matters within 21 calendar days, or explain delays and provide updates.

We can arrange communication assistance, an interpreter or help to access an advocate. Tell us your preferences.

Independent complaint options

You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time, without first complaining to us.

Ask the Commission about interpreter or relay assistance.

Immediate danger or a medical emergency: call 000. Email and website enquiries are not emergency services.

Submit feedback directly to our company mailbox. You may leave your name and contact details blank. Our website host still processes technical connection information, so this is not a guarantee of complete anonymity.

Share only what is needed to explain your feedback. Do not attach medical or identity documents in an initial email.
